Nicole holds a Master of Counselling degree, Medical degree, and is a Registered Clinical Counsellor. She works with individuals (15 and older), couples, and families.
Nicole offers flexible appointment options, including in-person and online sessions, and has day, evening, and weekend availability. She draws from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), attachment-based theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Gottman Couples Therapy.
Her areas of focus include relationships, life transitions, and grief and loss. She is passionate about helping clients reconnect with themselves and find meaningful connections with others during times of hardship. Her compassionate and non-judgmental approach creates a safe space for clients to embrace their vulnerability and work towards emotional fitness.
Nicole has experience working with individuals, couples, and families struggling with a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, eating disorders, suicide, OCD, grief and loss, relationship issues, self-love, complex PTSD/trauma, and personality disorders.
