About Nicole
Nicole has experience working with individuals, couples, and families struggling with a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, suicide, grief and loss, relationship issues, self-love, complex PTSD/ trauma, and personality disorders.
Nicole works with individuals and couples who are navigating challenges in relationships, anxiety, depression, trauma and family dynamics. With both a Medical Degree and a Masters in Counselling Psychology, Nicole brings a strong foundation of knowledge and clinical experience to her work. She has supported people from diverse backgrounds facing a wide range of mental health concerns which have given her a deep appreciation for how unique each person’s journey is.
In therapy, Nicole helps her clients understand and change unhelpful patterns, develop practical coping tools for the struggles they are facing and process and heal from traumas in a safe and supportive space. Nicole’s work with clients also focuses on strengthening communication and connection in relationships and exploring how family of origin dynamics and experiences shape the present. Through this process, clients often discover greater resilience, self-understanding, and the ability to build healthier relationships with themselves and others.
Nicole’s approach is compassionate, collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practices. She believes that while our past shapes who we are, it doesn’t have to define our future. Whether you are seeking relief from anxiety or depression, healing from trauma, or wanting to strengthen your connections with loved ones, Nicole will walk alongside you with empathy, curiosity and respect. Healing and growth are possible, and you don’t have to do it alone.
