Gary holds a Master of Counselling Psychology Degree and is a Registered Clinical Counsellor. He has a wide range of experience working in community mental health settings, non-profit counselling agencies, and providing crisis and distress counselling.
Gary specializes in supporting adults and adolescents with anxiety, stress, depression, anger, grief, low self-esteem, and trauma. He also helps couples with relationship issues.
Gary utilizes evidence-based therapeutic frameworks to offer a holistic approach to healing. Such frameworks include existential psychotherapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, attachment theory, and mindfulness-based practice. Gary has advanced training in somatic therapy which helps clients experiencing symptoms of posttraumatic stress to release stored trauma trapped in the body.

They are stuck in old patterns and bad habits, which makes relationships difficult and restricts living their best life. Gary accompanies his clients on their journey of growth, helping them gain new insights that allow for lasting change and authentic living.
